Course Aim:
Understand what the environment is and what effect you and (the Company) have on it Realise that you are an integral part of the environment and that your survival and that of future generations depends upon the way we treat it Understand the core Environmental legal requirements Discover ways to prevent further damage to the environment Understanding your company’s’ management system

Course Outcomes:
At the end of this course, with the use of the relevant ISO guideline documentation and facilitator material, the delegate will be able to:

• Have an awareness of Global Environmental issues
• Have an awareness of Regional Environmental issues
• Have an awareness of Operational Environmental issues
• Understand the basics of the South African Environmental legislation
• Refer to Environmental aspects and impacts

This is a very practical and interactive course and it would be supportive if the delegate can bring as many examples as possible from his/her working environment to use as implementation tools.
